Any item purchased from DEVARIO can be returned within a maximum period of 15 days from the delivery date, provided it is in its original condition with its tag not removed or damaged.
Returned pieces shall go through our quality check process.
If the returned item’s tag was removed, damaged or dismissed, &/or the product shows any sign of wear, tear, resizing, alteration or damage, it cannot be accepted under our returns policy, and it will be sent back to the customer. The cost of shipping the products back to the customer is the customer’s responsibility.
A maximum of 5 business days will be required for the quality check process after the product is received.
For accepted returns, the refund process will take 10-15 working days.
All refunds will be issued to the original method of payment and in the original tender currency.
For the accepted returns, if your purchase was made using an e-gift card, the amount paid will be reimbursed only as an e-gift card as well.
Exchange request can be done by sending us an email with the sales order number & the product(s) details that you wish to return. Later you will receive an email from DEVARIO explaining the directions for sending the product/s back to us. Shipping costs to return the product(s) are the customer’s responsibility unless the goods delivered were not the ones ordered.
